The Citizen Hotel Newsletter - Summer 2008
UPDATES FROM THE CITIZEN HOTEL

Welcome to the first edition of The State of The Citizen, where you will receive updates on the evolution of The Citizen Hotel, Sacramento's first luxury boutique hotel, at the corner of 10th & J Streets. We are currently four months from our scheduled November opening date, and there is a constant flurry of activity at the hotel. Trim work, paint and wallpaper are going in on the guestroom floors, along with tile in the bathrooms - it's really beginning to look like a hotel now!

Fine Dining at Grange Coming Soon!
WORK BEGINS ON GRANGE

While it doesn't look like much from the street level, we're about to experience quite a bit of activity on the 10th Street side of the building. Work has begun on the bump-out atrium for our signature restaurant, Grange. Trenches have been dug and a mock-up of the steel frame is at the site, giving us a real feel for the size of the space. Check out where we are currently and what we're anticipating once the dust settles.
